is a Tony Award winner for his role in Coco, and has also been nominated for City of Angels, Big River, and The Good Doctor. His repertory credits include title roles in King Lear, Richard III, and many other works with the Mark Taper Forum, the BAM Theatre Company, and the American Conservatory Theatre. His film appearances include roles in M*A*S*H, McCabe and Mrs. Miller, and The Ballad of Little Jo. He received an Emmy nomination for his performance on Benson, and is known for his role of Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space 9.
