She starred at the Royal Court Theatre with Tony Richardson and George Devine; with Anthony Hopkins at the Old Vic; and opposite John Hurt at the Lyric. Among her many film credits are Dr. Dolittle with Rex Harrison; Walk, Don’t Run with Cary Grant; Mareth Line with Henry Fonda, John Huston and Stacy Keach; The Molly Maguires with Sean Connery; and was an Oscar Nominee for The Collector, directed by William Wyler.
